Elon Musk. Jensen Huang. Washington. What’s the Connection?

They’re all looking at the same massive opportunity: AI moving into the physical economy.

Jensen Huang, NVIDIA’s CEO, put it bluntly: “If I were a farmer, I would absolutely use AI.”

Washington is putting more than $1 billion behind farm modernization and food-supply resilience, while pushing precision agriculture and private-sector innovation.

It’s about making the real world work smarter.

And DIT AgTech is already putting Physical AI to work in livestock. Their infrastructure automatically delivers the right nutrition through livestock drinking water, helping ranchers produce more with less.

500+ units deployed. 370,000 head on the platform.

Now DIT AgTech is taking it to the U.S.

Most investors will discover DIT AgTech too late.

Do you want to discover the story when everyone is talking about it? Or be one of the people who saw it coming?

At $1 a share, probably not worth missing.

GM to the Top 1% ☕

A prospect filled out a demo request form at 11:52 p.m. on a Tuesday. By 11:53 she had an email thanking her, a calendar link, and two qualifying questions answered.

The rep who owned that lead saw the notification at 8:40 the next morning. By then the meeting was booked, and he had nothing to do with it.

💡 THE SLOW SELLER IS NOW THE HUMAN

On September 28, a major CRM vendor published the recap of its annual conference. One announcement matters for every seller who works inbound: an always-on sales development agent that nurtures inbound prospects, qualifies them, and books meetings is now generally available. Conversations sync back to the CRM.

No performance numbers came with it, so do not repeat any you hear. But you do not need a statistic to see the shift. For ten years, a fast human reply was an edge. Now a machine will reply in seconds, at 2 a.m., on a holiday, in whatever language the lead used.

That same vendor's State of Sales survey found 48% of sellers say they lack the bandwidth for proper outreach. That is the gap these agents fill. They will not replace you in a complex deal. They will replace the first ten minutes of speed you have been proud of.

So stop competing on speed. Compete on what the agent cannot do, which is hold a point of view.

🔧 THE FIRST-HOUR RESET

Four steps to move from fast to useful. Takes about 40 minutes.

1. Measure your real response time: Pull the last 30 days of inbound leads and calculate your median time to first reply. You need an honest baseline, not an estimate.

2. Sort leads by what they are worth: Split inbound into three tiers. Top tier is large accounts or named buyers. Middle is a fit with unclear intent. Bottom is everything else.

3. Define the human handoff: For the top tier, write the one thing a person should do within a working hour. A short note that references their business and offers a specific opinion beats any template an agent can send.

4. Read the agent's threads weekly: If your company uses an agent, spend 15 minutes each Friday reading what it said to prospects. Fix tone, bad answers, and promises it should not make. You own the outcome even if software wrote the email.

🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK

Write one opinion about your best open inbound lead's business, in three sentences, and send it as the first human touch. Do not mention your product in it. Notice whether the response sounds different from what the automated replies get.

❓ QUESTION OF THE DAY

What can you say to a new lead in your first reply that no automated system would dare say?

Reply with your best line. I will share a few next week.

See you tomorrow.
