NVIDIA's Founder Says Farmers Should Absolutely Use AI
“If I were a farmer, I would absolutely use AI.”
That’s Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA.
And he's pointing to one of AI’s biggest untapped opportunities: Farming. It’s an industry facing mounting pressure to produce more with less and it’s still massively under-automated.
DIT AgTech brings AI, nutrition automation, and real-time data to livestock production, helping ranchers boost productivity and get more from every animal.
And it’s already proven in one of the world's toughest livestock environments:
500+ units deployed
370,000 head of livestock on the platform
Up to 55% higher daily weight gain
Now expanding into the U.S. and Brazil, DIT AgTech is targeting a 300M+ head cattle market. And the biggest barrier to adoption? Gone. Ranchers get the technology for free when they sign up for a three-year nutrition plan.
DIT AgTech can scale adoption faster, which means more data and more recurring revenue.
Invest before this early-stage opportunity gets harder to access.

GM to the Top 1% ☕
Four numbers came across my desk this week from four unrelated sources. A seller survey, a buyer study, an AI SDR report, and a consulting firm's pulse check.
I did not plan for them to connect. I wrote them up on separate days because they looked like separate stories.
They are not separate stories. Reading them back to back on a Sunday morning, they are the same finding described four different ways, and the thing they have in common is the only thing worth taking into Q4.
💡 EVERY GAP THIS WEEK WAS A HUMAN GAP
Line them up. Sellers who treat AI as a thinking partner are 3.7 times likelier to hit quota, while overall attainment sits near 43.5%. Only 13% of AI SDR deployments connect inbound and outbound into anything coherent, which is why 79% adopted and 5% call it effective. About 92% of buyers say AI shaped their shortlist before you got a call. And roughly 21% of commercial orgs finished implementing while 22% are still piloting.
Four studies. Four populations. Not one of them found a model limitation.
In every case the technology performed as advertised and the outcome still failed, because the same ingredient was missing each time. The 3.7x group added judgment. The 13% added integration. The sellers losing to a shortlist they never saw were missing presence in the buyer's actual research. The 21% who shipped added a decision, which is the least technical act on this list.
Judgment, integration, presence, decision. None of those are features. All of them are things a person does, and all four are things a person can do without permission, budget, or a platform migration.
That is the week in one sentence. The tools are not the variable anymore. You are.
🔧 THE Q4 OPERATOR'S CHECKLIST
Four questions for the first Sunday of the last quarter. Answer honestly, then pick one.
1. Where am I accepting output instead of arguing with it? The 3.7x is not about better prompts. It is about treating the first answer as a draft you push back on. Name the one place you have stopped pushing.
2. What does my stack know that my outreach does not use? Inbound chats, support tickets, event scans. If your own messages read like nobody at your company has met this person, that is the 13% gap showing up on your desk.
3. What is my buyer reading about me while I wait to be invited? Run the comparison yourself. Whatever comes back is your real first impression, and it is being formed whether or not you participate in it.
4. What have I been evaluating instead of deciding? Pick the oldest open tab in your workflow and close it, either by shipping it or by killing it. Carrying it into Q4 undecided is the most expensive of the three options.
🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK
Pick exactly one of the four questions above and resolve it before Monday morning. Not all four. Q4 rewards one workflow that actually changed over four that got audited and left alone. Write the one you chose somewhere you will see it on December 31st, because thirteen weeks from now the only thing that will separate you from the 43.5% is whether this specific Sunday produced a change or a document.
❓ QUESTION OF THE DAY
Of the four gaps above, which one is yours, and how long have you known it?
Reply with the number. The second half of the question is the part that stings.
See you tomorrow.

P.S. Three of the four gaps above come down to asking a model a better question than the obvious one. That is the entire premise of the 500 AI Sales Prompts manual: the arguing prompts, the integration prompts, and the buyer-view prompts I run before a quarter starts. 27 dollars, and Q4 starts tomorrow: https://store.edwardgorbis.com
