Hire anyone, anywhere — compliant in under 3 days

Found the right person, but they’re in a country where you don’t have an entity? Setting one up can take months and significant cost.

Remote removes that barrier by becoming the legal employer through our own entities — handling compliant contracts, local benefits, tax setup, and onboarding for you. In fact, an employee is onboarded to Remote every 7 minutes.

Once they’re hired, the same in-house teams that support employment locally also run payroll — so you’re not bouncing between disconnected providers. Less setup, less complexity, and less time between finding the right person and getting them started.

GM to the Top 1% ☕

Here is a number that should change how you spend your day. For every one hour a B2B buyer spends with a vendor's sales team, they spend roughly five hours researching on their own.

Do that math and you are present for about 17 percent of the decision. The other 83 percent happens in tabs you never see, and increasingly it is not even the buyer reading. Around 89 percent of buyers now use generative AI as a key research source, and roughly 70 percent say they prefer a fully self-service path right up until the moment they are ready to talk.

You are not losing deals in the meeting. You are losing them in the five hours around it.

💡 SELLING INTO THE 83 PERCENT

The old model assumed the sales conversation was the decision. You controlled the narrative in the room, handled objections live, and the buyer's private research was mostly confirmation.

That is inverted now. The decision is mostly made in the research, and your meeting is where the buyer checks whether you match what they already concluded. By the time you are on the call, an AI summary has already told them your pricing shape, your top three weaknesses, and who your closest alternative is. You are not opening the argument. You are being fact-checked against it.

So the highest-leverage work is no longer what you say in the hour you have. It is what you leave behind for the five hours you do not. The question stops being "how do I present well" and becomes "what version of me is doing the talking when I am not there." If the answer is a gated PDF and a logo wall, you are absent for 83 percent of the decision and whatever the machine invented in your absence is what the buyer believes.

Being useful asynchronously is the new core skill. Not more touches. Better artifacts, left in the exact places the buyer and their AI go looking.

🔧 THE ASYNCHRONOUS USEFULNESS FRAMEWORK

Four ways to be present in the 83 percent you are not in the room for.

1. Write the buying guide, not the pitch: Give your champion a one-pager they can forward without you. Criteria, tradeoffs, honest limitations. The rep who arms the internal advocate wins the meeting they were not invited to.

2. Make your proof machine-readable: Public numbers, named outcomes, a clear pricing shape. If a model cannot extract it, it cannot cite you, and it will cite whoever it can.

3. Leave a trail for the researcher: After every call, send one resource that answers the next question they will ask, not the one they just asked. You want to be the source their private research keeps landing on.

4. Audit what the machine says about you: Ask a general model to evaluate you as a vendor. Whatever it gets wrong is what your buyer heard in hour two. Fixing the public record is now a sales activity.

🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK

Take your most active deal and build one forwardable artifact your champion could use to sell you internally without you present. A one-page decision guide, honest about tradeoffs. Send it today. Then notice how the next call opens from a warmer place, because you were useful in the 83 percent.

❓ QUESTION OF THE DAY

If your champion had to defend choosing you in a meeting you were not in, what would they actually hand around the table?

Reply with what exists today. If the answer is "nothing," that is this week's build.

See you tomorrow.

P.S. Building a forwardable decision guide from scratch is the kind of task that eats an afternoon. The 500 AI Sales Prompts manual has the buyer-enablement and one-pager prompts I use to turn call notes into an artifact a champion actually forwards, in about ten minutes. 27 dollars: https://store.edwardgorbis.com
