Speak naturally. Send without fixing.

Wispr Flow turns your voice into clean, professional text you can send the moment you stop talking. Not rough transcription you have to clean up. Actual polished text — ready for email, Slack, or any app.

Speak the way you think. Go on tangents. Change your mind mid-sentence. Flow strips the filler, fixes the grammar, and gives you text that reads like you spent five minutes writing it.

89% of messages sent with zero edits. Millions of professionals use Flow daily, including teams at OpenAI, Vercel, and Clay. Works on Mac, Windows, and iPhone.

GM to the Top 1% ☕

Time for the uncomfortable one. Your AI SDR is not a competitive advantage. It is table stakes, and right now it is quietly working against you.

Here is the logic nobody in the tooling demos wants to say out loud. Forty one percent of enterprise teams now run an AI SDR, up from twelve percent a year ago. They all bought from the same short list of vendors. Those vendors all trained on the same playbooks. So they all generate the same email, with the same fake-personal first line, hitting the same buyer on the same day.

Your buyer is not impressed. Your buyer is pattern matching. And the pattern they have learned is delete.

💡 WHEN EVERYONE HAS THE SAME TOOL, THE TOOL STOPS BEING THE EDGE.

Every seller wants to believe the software is the moat. It never is. The moment forty one percent of your competitors run the identical stack, that stack is not an advantage. It is the price of admission, and it is invisible.

Worse than invisible. The buyer has now seen ten thousand AI generated openers that all start by praising their recent LinkedIn post. Your machine produced one more. It did not differentiate you. It filed you into a category the buyer created specifically to ignore. You paid for a tool to stand out and it made you interchangeable.

The reframe is this. The scarce thing is never the tool everyone can buy. It is the thing that does not scale. A point of view the buyer has not heard. A specific insight about their business that took you an hour of real thought. A relationship you actually built. The market is drowning in automated reach and starving for human signal. Sell the thing the machine cannot manufacture, or accept being the ten thousandth identical email.

🔧 HOW TO BE THE EMAIL THAT DOES NOT GET PATTERN-MATCHED TO DELETE

Compete on the axis the machine cannot copy.

1. Lead with a point of view, not a compliment: Skip the fake praise opener every agent writes. Open with a specific claim about their business that makes them think.

2. Earn the reply with real work: One genuine insight that took you an hour will beat a thousand tokens of surface personalization. Do the work the tool skips.

3. Change the channel: When everyone crowds the inbox, a thoughtful voice note or a warm intro is the pattern break. Go where the machine is not.

4. Be a person on the record: Have a take. Publish it. Buyers reply to humans they recognize, not to sequences they have learned to filter.

🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK

Take the last email your AI SDR sent on your behalf and read it as your buyer would, right after nine identical ones. Then rewrite it by hand with one point of view no competitor could generate. Notice how much harder, and how much better, that is.

❓ QUESTION OF THE DAY

If your buyer lined up every AI email they got this week, would yours be distinguishable from the pile?

Reply with the one thing that makes your outreach un-copyable.

See you tomorrow.

P.S. The prompts most reps use make them sound like every other AI SDR. Mine are built to do the opposite: sharpen your point of view, dig up the insight nobody else has, and make you the email that gets a reply. 500 of them, 27 dollars: https://store.edwardgorbis.com
