GM to the Top 1% ☕

I ran a survey across the Morning Sales reader base in April. Top question from 2,800+ B2B sellers reading this every morning. "Which AI prompts actually moved a deal."

I cut the answers down to the twelve that closed real revenue. Two reps used the same prompt set to pull $1.2M in closed-won between February and April. One rep used the buyer-led discovery prompt to flip a stalled deal at thirty-eight days into a signed contract by day forty-five.

The full set lives inside the 500 AI Sales Prompts PDF. Friday is the day I open the preview.

💡 THE PROMPTS DO NOT MATTER. THE SEQUENCE DOES.

Every rep buying a prompt pack makes the same mistake. They paste the prompt. The model spits out a generic answer. They blame the prompt.

The reps who close use the prompts in a sequence. First, the model audit. Run the buyer's question against three different chatbots and read the answers like a competitor pitched you. Second, the stale-sentence finder. Pull the one claim about your category that is more than ninety days old. Third, the decision-criteria pull. Use the model's answer to anchor an open question on the call. Fourth, the clarification commit. Send one document inside twenty-four hours that resolves the one thing the model could not.

The prompts are the inputs. The sequence is the wedge. The 500 pack is built as the sequence, not as a list. Every prompt is named, numbered, and ordered. You do not pick them. You run them in order, the way a top rep runs a discovery call.

🔧 THE FOUR PROMPT TIERS INSIDE THE 500 PACK

1. Signal Capture (prompts 1–125): Earnings calls, 10-Ks, board decks, hiring signals, technographic shifts. The research that replaces a cold opener.

2. Buyer-Led Discovery (prompts 126–250): Model audits, stale-sentence finders, decision-criteria pulls. The set most reps need before their next first call.

3. Multi-Thread & Executive Briefing (prompts 251–375): Veto-role openers, exec one-pagers, procurement clarifiers. The kit that lifts close rates 6x per the multi-threading data.

4. Renewal Defense & Expansion (prompts 376–500): Quarterly business review prompts, expansion signals, competitive displacement scripts. The renewals book most teams ignore until Q4.

🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK

Pick the one tier above where your pipeline is weakest. If it is your discovery, you need tier two. If it is your slipped deals, you need tier three. If your Q4 renewals are uncovered, you need tier four. Run the first five prompts in that tier on your single largest deal this week.

QUESTION OF THE DAY

Which tier in the list above is the weakest in your pipeline right now?

Hit reply with the tier number. I will send you the three-prompt starter set for free.

See you Monday.
