Got questions about hiring globally?

The best person for your next role might not live near your office — or even in the same country.

And more companies are realizing they don’t need to open entities everywhere just to hire great talent globally.

Instead, teams are using EOR to hire internationally faster, stay compliant, and avoid the operational headache of setting up local infrastructure before they’re ready.

That shift is changing how companies think about growth, hiring, and expansion altogether.

Oyster’s EOR helps companies hire, pay, and support employees in 180+ countries while Oyster handles payroll, compliance, taxes, and local employment requirements.

GM to the Top 1% ☕

Sunday night. House quiet. Daughter asleep in the room next to mine, holding the same book she has carried since she was three.

I opened my laptop and asked Claude one question. "What does enterprise sales look like in 2030."

The answer was not what scared me. The fact that I was asking a tool, not a mentor, was.

💡 THE PANIC IS OVER. THE SORTING HAS STARTED.

Anthropic shipped Claude Opus 4.7 on May 5. They also released ten prebuilt financial agent templates. Pitchbooks, KYC files, month-end close. They announced a $1.5B joint venture with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs to build an AI-native enterprise services firm. Claude is now native inside Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook through Microsoft 365 add-ins.

Read that paragraph again. That is one company, one week, in one industry adjacent to ours. The pace is not slowing. The "AI is coming for sales" panic from 2024 is finally over. The thing that was coming, came.

The fight in 2030 is not human vs AI. It is the seller who taught AI inside her company in 2026 vs the seller who waited for IT to roll out a sandbox in 2028. By the time IT ships, the first seller is running the Maven cohort. The second seller is on a PIP.

I am not telling you to learn AI. You already know that. I am telling you to pick the one skill you will be the "go-to person" for at your company by Sunday June 14, and tell one human being today.

That is how careers compound in 2026. Not in five years. In five weeks.

🔧 THE 3-HORIZON CAREER MAP

A protocol you can sketch on the back of a napkin tonight before bed.

1. 12 weeks (the skill): Pick one AI workflow you will own by Sunday August 9. Discovery prompt library, signal capture, multi-thread brief, exec brief, renewal defense. Just one. Tell one peer this week.

2. 12 months (the system): What does your team adopt because of you by May 2027? A prompt library. A weekly forecast audit. A signal-anchored outbound rhythm. The system has to outlive your tenure on the team.

3. 36 months (the signature): What is the move every other rep on the team learned because you ran it first? That is your career signature. The thing that gets you the next role without applying for it.

🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK

Tonight, before you close the laptop, write three sentences. The skill, the system, the signature. Send the skill sentence to one human in your company tomorrow morning. Not your manager. A peer. Accountability lives sideways.

QUESTION OF THE DAY

What is the one AI skill you would bet your daughter's college fund on?

Hit reply with the skill. I read every one.

See you tomorrow.

Founder, Morning Sales

P.S. I open one new cohort of the AI-Native Sales Leader course on Maven each quarter. Five weeks. Live Q&A. We rebuild the team's prompt library, signal pipeline, and forecast audit together. June seats just opened. Reserve a spot here.
