Keeping up with AI shouldn't feel like a second job.
But between the new tools, viral posts, and endless hot takes, most people spend hours every week trying to figure out what actually matters.
The Rundown AI fixes that.
It's a free newsletter that gives you the AI news, tools, and tutorials you actually need to know. All in just 5 minutes a day.
Over 2M professionals at companies like Apple, Google, and NASA already read it every morning to stay ahead.
Plus, if you complete the quiz after signing up, they'll recommend the best tools, guides, and courses for your specific job and needs.
GM to the Top 1% ☕
For seven years my Tuesday morning was the same. Coffee. CRM. Panic.
I would open 9 tabs, read three S-1s, scroll LinkedIn for an hour, then write outreach that sounded like every other rep chasing the same logo. My partner started calling it "the Tuesday spiral."
Then my daughter asked me a question over cereal that broke the spiral. "Daddy, why do you look worried before work?" I did not have a good answer for her. So I built a different Tuesday.
💡 THE THREE-PROMPT RITUAL
The best AI work in sales is not a tool. It is a ritual.
Most reps copy 40 prompts into a doc and never run any of them. The reps who actually win narrow it to three. Every Tuesday morning. Same order. Before email. Before Slack. Before anything.
Prompt one is the Signal scan. What changed at my top 10 accounts in the last 7 days. Prompt two is the Thesis writer. Given those signals, what is the sharpest "why now" for each. Prompt three is the Outreach draft. Given the thesis, write a 90-word opener that does not sound like a bot.
Fourteen minutes start to finish. When I run it I ship before 9:04 AM. When I skip it I spiral until noon.
The point is not the prompts. It is the ritual. Reliability beats brilliance when you are running a pipeline.
🔧 THE TUESDAY RITUAL FRAMEWORK
Build your version this week. 14 minutes, three prompts, one outcome.
1. Signal (4 minutes): Paste the company URL and the last 3 press releases. Ask for 3 "something changed" bullets. Do not edit, just read.
2. Thesis (4 minutes): Feed those bullets back. Ask for the one-sentence "why now, why us, why them." Pick the one that makes you sit up.
3. Draft (4 minutes): Use the thesis to write a 90-word outreach. You rewrite the opener in your voice. Send.
4. Ship (2 minutes): Hit send on all 10 before your first meeting. The ritual only works if you end in outbox, not docs.
🎯 THIS WEEK'S HOMEWORK
Pick one prompt and make it your Tuesday trigger. Save it to a keyboard shortcut. Run it the second your laptop opens, before you look at email. One week. Tell me if the spiral came back.
❓ QUESTION OF THE DAY
What is your current Tuesday morning spiral, and what would you replace it with if you had 14 quiet minutes?
Reply and tell me. I will feature the best answer on Thursday.
See you tomorrow.
